Orders are processed, packaged, shipped and all inquiries answered Monday - Friday. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping is free for all orders over $50 and is $5 for all orders under $50 in the United States. Shipping is based on the size and weight of items, the carrier selected, and the destination.
After your order is processed shipping can take up to 10 business days, but items will usually arrive sooner.
Transit days and times vary with package destination, are estimates, and are determined by the carrier.
Please note that items shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground, per the USPS website, have a longer transit time and the shipment will be jostled and handled more than shipments that are sent through any of the air services offered by the USPS.
All shipments are insured by carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible. We will communicate with the carrier to pursue a refund.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
LOCAL MONTEREY IN STORE PICKUP
We are delighted to offer curbside pick up on any order. You will receive an email stating that your order has been fulfilled and then we will look forward to seeing you during our shop hours. If you wish for us to bring your purchase to your car, please call us when you have arrived. 831-207-1380.

Returns of in store + online purchases are accepted, within 30 days and in original condition, for store credit.
If purchased online, we ask that you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a response email with a prepaid mailing label which you can print. Please carefully repackage your purchase, complete and include the provided insert, affix mailing label to outside of the box and bring to your local USPS post office. After we have received your return, we will issue you a credit code via email. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.

Signature Lilify gift wrapping is complimentary for in-store purchases. Please note that all online jewelry purchases will be shipped with complimentary signature gift wrapping.
