Small batch Swiss-style drinking chocolate with a hint of warming cinnamon.
Handmade in England by Harth Chocolate.
Directions: Add 40 grams (2 heaped tablespoons) of chocolate mix to 220 milliliters of milk of choice, whisk smooth and gently heat until just boiling. Stir often to prevent sticking. Pour into favorite mug and enjoy!
Ingredients: Sugar, rapadura, cocoa powder (min 32 percent), cornflour, cinnamon (5 percent), salt.
Measurements: 400 grams | makes approximately 10 cups.
Notes: Store in a cool dry place. May contain traces of milk, nuts, mustard, peanuts, gluten, sesame and soya.
