A refreshing take on a classic gin + tonic with notes of bitter grapefruit and pine. Also tastes wonderful with sparkling water as a non-alcoholic refreshment.

Directions: To make an Alpine gin + tonic, combine 2 ounces gin and 1/2 ounce Alpine Tonic Syrup. Add ice and top with carbonated water to taste. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice and/or rosemary sprig.
Ingredients: Filtered water, cane sugar, cinchona bark (quinine), quinine concentrate, lemon peel, lime peel, grapefruit peel, orange peel, allspice, cardamom, spices, douglas fir tip
