These aromatherapy diffusion shower steamers are blended with French vanilla, lavender and dried bespoke botanicals to sooth, calm and relax before sleep.

Directions: Wet one or two shower steamer to activate and place on the shelf of your shower near your face for a strong diffusion, or place on the floor of the shower for a light diffusion. Can also be used in a bath for an effervescent soak.
Ingredients: Epson salts, baking soda, citric acid, witch hazel, organic lavender essential oil, organic vanilla essential oil, dried bespoke botanicals.
