Absolutely exquisite modern take on an ikebana vessel available in 3, stackable, sizes.
Handmade in Monterey by Vanessa Cowdrey.
These circular vases are created with exposed white claybody (stoneware) and a clear glazed, watertight interior. The vessels can also hang on the wall.
Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement. It is also known as Kadō. The tradition dates back to the Heian period, when floral offerings were made at altars. Later, flower arrangements were instead used to adorn the tokonoma of a traditional Japanese home.
